Ordering FAQ
Everything you need to know about placing an order, making changes, cancellations, returns, and payment and shipping timelines.
Begin by selecting the item(s) you would like to purchase. You can click the “Add to Cart” button and adjust the quantity by clicking the cart icon in the top right-hand corner of the page. You can also click on the product image to visit the item page and adjust the quantity there.
Once you have selected all items and quantities, click the cart icon in the top right-hand corner of the page and then click “Checkout”. On the checkout page, fill out the Shipping Details section, including your name and shipping address.
Next, read the E-Mail Transfer instructions carefully so you know how to complete payment.
To complete your order, click the “Place Order” button. Once your order has been placed, send your payment by following the E-Mail Transfer instructions provided at checkout.
All orders will remain on hold until payment has been received and accepted.
To make changes to an order, the existing order must usually be cancelled and a new order must be placed. In most cases, if payment for an order has already been accepted, changes can no longer be made.

To cancel an order, go to My Account > Orders and select the corresponding order. Please note that if payment has already been accepted, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Anyone who is of legal age and resides in Canada may purchase products from CCW.
E-Mail Transfers may take approximately 24 to 72 hours to be accepted. Please note that we do not accept EMTs on weekends.
Once your order moves into Processing, it may take up to 48 hours for your order to ship.
We do not ship on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Orders are shipped on business days only.
